Calendar items aren’t appearing
Open Aerie Settings → Links and connect Calendar. If access is blocked, use Open Calendar Settings and enable Aerie under Privacy & Security. Aerie refreshes automatically while open.
The notch doesn’t open
Use the Aerie menu-bar icon or press Option–N. On another display or in fullscreen, Aerie follows the active screen. If the pointer gesture still fails, quit and reopen the app and mention your display arrangement.
Back up or restore
Open Settings → Data. Export creates a portable JSON backup. Import validates the file and preserves the previous planner before replacing anything.
How the 14-day trial works
The trial begins on first launch and is checked when Aerie opens, wakes, returns to the foreground, and while it remains running. A normal reinstall does not restart the trial because its start date remains locally in Keychain and Application Support. When the trial ends, your planner stays safe and Aerie asks for a license key.
Help us diagnose a problem
Open Settings → Data → Export Diagnostics. Review the JSON before attaching it through Report a problem. It includes app, macOS, hardware, crash, and performance information—not tasks, notes, or calendar events.
License help
A lifetime license includes all 1.x updates and two Mac activations. Use the license manager to retrieve your purchase, deactivate this Mac, or release an old computer.
